Terms of Service
Effective date: September 1, 2026
1. The service
The Echo Water Marketing Command Center ("MCC") is a marketing analytics and operations platform operated by Echo Technologies ("Echo", "we"). MCC connects a business's own marketing, analytics, and commerce accounts and presents reporting, alerting, and analysis to that business's authorized operators. By accessing MCC you agree to these terms on behalf of the business that authorized your access.
2. Accounts and access
Access is limited to operators authorized by an account owner. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe threatens the security or integrity of the service.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party platform (for example Google, Meta, Klaviyo, or Shopify), you represent that you are authorized to grant MCC access to that account, and your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms. You can disconnect a platform at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how data is handled and deleted.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other tenants' data, probing or disrupting the service, reverse engineering, or using the service to violate any law or third-party right.
5. Intellectual property
MCC, including its software and interfaces, is owned by Echo. Your business's data remains your business's. We claim no ownership of connected-platform data and use it only as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Analytics, alerts, and proposed actions are informational tools — decisions made from them are the responsibility of the operator who approves them. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from use of the service. Echo's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if greater.
8. Termination
An account owner may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. Sections 5–9 survive termination.
9. Governing law; changes; contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, excluding its conflict of law rules. We may update these terms by posting the revised version here with a new effective date. Questions: [email protected].
